Description: Hispanic male; used to call himself a liberal, but has since turned right-wing; does not like young people. Elected by a very small portion of the population, but is the face of a highly organized ‘gang’ of ‘suits’ that got him elected and run the city.
Clothing: Wears suit and tie, but is also known to try to blend in with audience he is speaking with. Known to hang out with other ‘suits’ with power.
Armaments: City Budget, Curfews, Anti-youth agenda, graffiti task force, riot squad, a police force, and a gang unit at his disposal, his hand to “spank” graffiti artists, dangerous rhetoric, dark smoke-filled back rooms where decisions are made, etc.
Demeanor: Once a a good politician (spin artist), but has since turned to ostracizing even his most ardent of supporters. Out of touch with the community.
The mayor and his ‘gang’ are highly organized; have the power to affect the lives of citizens, particularly poor and of color; may be potentially dangerous and harmful to the future of the city of Albuquerque. Warn your friends and neighbors!
